Trade Regrets: Tom Ostrander

Tom Ostrander of Mt. Vernon Ohio , who founded Colonial Music of Ohio in 1964, passed away on January 2 at the age of 84.

Ostrander sold the seven-store Colonial Music operation to Music & Arts in 2006. He was a member of NAMM, Napbirt, an Army Band Director for 30 years, and served as an officer in many organizations. A musical tribute was presented at his funeral by the Ohio State University Marching Band. Tom Ostrander is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elaine, two daughters, and three grandchildren.
