25th Annual KMC Charity Golf Tournament
Music industry executives converged once again as KMC Musicorp held their 25th annual Everett Porter Unintentional Charity Golf Tournament at the Golf Club of Avon in Avon, CT on June 4.
Despite the overcast skies and occasional downpours, the day was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The charities that have continued to be the core of the fundraising effort are the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which was founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, as well as the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, which is the region’s only medical center dedicated exclusively to the care of children.
The day included a lunch, an 18 hole scramble, and a cocktail reception and dinner. Special awards were given to Everett Porter, Ed Miller, Tom Dougherty, and Bob Saunders for their continued support over the years.
