Chesbro and Vic Firth Named ‘The Perfect Pair’

Vic Firth, president of the Vic Firth Company, and Mark Dyke, director of Marketing and Sales, presented Chesbro Music Co. with a framed pair of American Classic drumsticks in honor of Chesbro’s sales accomplishments last year. In presenting the award, they said, “Without great partners such as you we could not have the consistent and ongoing successes we have enjoyed.”

“We appreciate working with Vic Firth over the years,” remarks CEO and co-owner Vanetta Chesbro Wilson, referring to the three decades Chesbro Music and Vic Firth have partnered together. “Vic Firth has always been loyal, committed, and dedicated to our family music distribution company.”

Chesbro Music Company was founded in 1911 to provide local students with access to music education. A century later, Chesbro still has an active hand in the educational community as well as existing as a major national wholesale distributor of print music, instruments, accessories and music gifts to independent retailers.
