American Recorder Technologies Named U.S. Distributor for Liverpool Drumsticks

American Recorder Technologies, Inc. is now the U.S. distributor for Brazilian manufacturer Liverpool Drumsticks.

“We are elated and excited to bring this unique and high quality line of drumsticks to North America,” said American Recorder president, Alan Adelstein. “In addition, the Liverpool brand strengthens our growth and commitment in the percussion accesorry category.”

Liverpool manufactures a wide selection of drumsticks from environmentally friendly, substainable Brazilian grown hardwoods such as Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry Wood), Marfim (Brazilian Ivory Wood), Abiurana (Brazilian Maple Wood) and the famous Roxinho (Brazilian Purple Heart Wood). Brazilian hardwoods are more dense than sticks made from U.S. Hickory and are said to offer, “more solid impact, control
and balance.” Liverpool sticks are sold in accurately matched sets, offering equal stick performance and tone.

Liverpool also manufactures a large selection of hand-held percussion instruments including shakers, triangles, go go bells, tambourines, chims, wood blocks and cabasas as well as a variety of percussion accessories.
