SLM Celebrates Fifth Anniversary of Best-Selling P. Mauriat Sax

September 27, 2012

St. Louis Music is celebrating the fifth year of extraordinary sales of the P. Mauriat PMXT-66RDK Tenor. “It’s our most popular tenor for a reason,” says P. Mauriat Brand Director Craig Denny. “It’s great for jazz, blues, classical – it can do it all!”

Denny has made a demonstration of the saxophone and posted it on the St. Louis Music website (stlmusic.com) and on YouTube (http://youtu.be/ohsN0_kk1Mw).

“The PMXT-66RDK features rolled tone holes, offering less resistance so it is easier to play,” Denny says. “It also has this beautiful dark finish that offers protection while maintaining a distinct modern look.” He adds that this particular tenor has had a lot to do with P. Mauriat instruments growing in the market, picking up artists, dealers, and most importantly, student and emerging professional players. “It’s been a great five years, and we are so pleased that dealers who take on P. Mauriat are doing increasingly well with them.” The saxophone has a MSRP of $4,499.
