November 9, 2012

More than 150 guests recently joined Faust Harrison Pianos in celebrating the grand opening of the company’s newest piano retail, music education and performance center in New York’s Long Island.

Established in 1983 by Sara Faust (and joined by Michael Harrison in 1996), Faust Harrison Pianos is New York’s largest piano retailer, with stores in Manhattan, White Plains and Long Island. The company is also America’s largest piano restoration company.

The new Faust Harrison Piano Center in Huntington Station, New York occupies a freshly renovated 10,000 square foot facility managed by music industry veteran Sam Varon.

The new two-level facility features a performance stage in the larger lower level of the building, and will offer high-quality concerts, student recitals and master classes by a wide variety of musicians. In addition, the store has soundproof studios for private piano lessons and for the Yamaha Music School, which provides music instruction to children and adults of all ages, pre-school and up.
