‘Wanna Play Music Day’ at 2011 Summer NAMM

The trade-only Summer NAMM show is opening its doors to the Nashville community for a one day sneak-peak (no purchases) at more than 350 exhibits featuring the industry’s hottest music products yet to hit the market—from guitars and keyboards to DJ gear and pro audio and lighting products.

Bennett, DeGraw, and Williams Speak on Behalf of Music Ed. at NAMM-hosted Event

NAMM, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, and DoSomething.org last week co-hosted a reception at the U.S. Capitol Building celebrating and supporting national school music programs. The event was part of NAMM’s annual Member lobbying trip to Capitol Hill.

Wanna Play Music Week Promo for NAMM Members: Consumer Credit Card from GE Money

This week NAMM announced that during the month of May NAMM Member retailers who are enrolled in the GE Money Music program can offer their customers a 12-month deferred interest promotion with a lower dealer rate in celebration of the association’s National Wanna Play Music Week.

Messe Frankfurt and NAMM to Launch Russian Trade Shows in 2012

Messe Frankfurt and NAMM have announced that they will be co-producing new shows in Russia in May of 2012. The new shows will be called NAMM Musikmesse Russia and Prolight + Sound NAMM Russia and will take place in Moscow’s Expo Centre from 16 to 19 May 2012.
